FOR JUDGES/LAWYERS | CHILD WELFARE AGENCY INVOLVEMENT

If there is a child protection concern with a Child Welfare Agency, these concerns need to be dealt with before Centre York Centre can take the case. Once the Child Welfare Agency has investigated and determined that there are no protection concerns, CYC may accept the case for intake to determine if it is appropriate for the service. Centre York Centre will need written consent from both parties to obtain confirmation from the Child Welfare Agency that they have concluded their investigation.
